II. Booking & Confirmation
– Bookings can be made through our website by completing the booking form or by email. Confirmation and details of each booking will be processed via email or phone.
– Deposit Payment: A deposit of 100% of the total price is required to confirm and complete the reservation.
III. We accept three methods of payment:
1. Credit or Debit Card Payment through our online payment gateway via Mollie on our official website.
2. Credit or Debit Card Payment through our terminal. You must complete a card payment form (card number + expiration date), and we will process the payment here at our terminal. You will receive a copy of your bill via email. The card will always be used only for the previously agreed transaction.
3. Bank Transfer. You will receive an invoice with an account number or IBAN. In this case, you must inform us when the transaction is completed.
IV. Disclaimer
All participants must sign a disclaimer form before the start of the sports event. You can read the full text of the disclaimer here:
„I fully understand all risks involved in the listed action, and hereby I exempt all institutions and persons directly or indirectly connected with CK AdrenalineCentre (PragueRafting.com) activity, including, among other parties, operators, owners, employees, suppliers, players, partners from any liability and I waive all legal actions and claims arising from, or connected with the participation in the said activity. I further agree to abide by the rules, official decisions, and requirements of the said action as presented by CK AdrenalineCentre (PragueRafting.com). I have read this document and I recognize it as a legally binding agreement. I declare that I am not under the influence of alcohol or drugs and that I will not use any for the duration of the activity.„
Photos from the sports event are usually shared by email or social media. By leaving your email address in this form, you agree to receive up to 2 emails a month. You can unsubscribe from this list at any time. Your personal information will be safely stored and never shared with anyone. Photos from the sports event are typically shared through a WhatsApp group. By providing your phone number in this form, you consent to join this group and agree to the sharing of photos within it. Your personal information will be securely stored and never shared with anyone outside of this group.
V. Insurance
We provide insurance for extreme sports through Uniqa. This insurance is NOT included in the sports event and must be requested in advance.
VI. Cancellation Policy
If the customer cancels the booked program, the following cancellation fees will apply:
– 100% of the deposit will be refunded for cancellation is made more than 5 days before the planned event.
– 75%   of the deposit will be refunded for cancellation is made between 3 to 5 days before the planned event.
– 50%   of the deposit will be refunded for cancellation is made less than 3 days before the planned event.

– 25%   of the deposit will be refunded for cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the planned event.

– 0%     of the deposit will be refunded for cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the planned event.

VII. Website
