No, once you have paid here on our website everything is already processed and your booking is fixed. Furthermore, you only need to be at your pickup location at the agreed time and we will take care of the rest.

Write us in the form on the Pricing&FAQs page your name, the date of the event and what the change is, we will edit the order and change the price.

If you can’t pay by card, you can try bank transfer, all information about our bank account can be found on the invoice that will be sent to you after the order.

Yes, according to our terms and conditions, we will refund your full deposit if you cancel your booking at least one week before the event.
